We're Hiring: Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise Software | Remote-Hybrid | Europe-Based)
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international software company, TomorrowsLeaders is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager.

You’ll define go-to-market strategies, sharpen positioning and messaging, and create content that resonates with business and IT audiences. What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and execute positioning, messaging, and product narratives that clearly articulate value and differentiation for business and IT decision-makers.
- Conduct buyer and user persona research, identifying key needs and pain points to guide messaging and product strategy.
- Work closely with Product Management to align the roadmap with market needs and support product releases with value-based communications.
- Develop a wide range of high-impact content: sales collateral, product sheets, pitch decks, whitepapers, blogs, and more.
- Enable sales teams with tools, insights, and competitive intelligence, including win-loss analysis, battle cards, and talk tracks.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership and campaign content, collaborating with internal teams across product, sales, and marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities and inform go-to-market planning.
- Support pricing and packaging decisions based on market and customer insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a product marketing role within a software company (B2B/enterprise market preferred).
- Strong communicator, able to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-specific narratives.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead projects, and execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English & Dutch.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the application development or enterprise IT market.
- Background in product management, pre-sales, or other technical roles.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments where you helped build or mature marketing functions.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
