Robert Balk
SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, MANAGING PARTNER
Robert has worked in executive search and recruitment, career transition, workforce and career planning and IT contracting for the past 22 years. He started his career as a banker. After that he succesfully built from start the Finance Discipline of a well knowed recruitment agency. In 1996 he started Iduet an agency for IT and HR staffing, currently still operating.
During his career he has assisted a number of recognised brands and organisations work through the process of restructure and change. Robert’s experience in search, recruitment and transition, gives him the ability to provide clients and candidates with valid and informed advice and support. His knowledge of local networks is invaluable when working within the IT and HR market.
Peter Wijnands
MANAGING PARTNER
Peter has a master degree in Medical Biology from the Free University Amsterdam. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry and worked for 10 years in sales and management positions for various international companies such as Wyeth (Pfizer), Leo Pharma and Fresesius Kabi. In 1999 he made a career switch and started focusing on human development, behavioural training and coaching.
During the last 20 years he has developed into an expert in the field of performance management, employee engagement, organizational chance and leadership development.
Within this field he has started two companies in the last 10 years. Currently he holds the position of director at Q-impact, an organisational development organization specializing in human behaviour. His focus within Tomorrow’s Leaders is on talent identification and development, executive coaching and business development.
