Machine Learning Engineer

About the role
You will be working at an innovative organisation that uses machine learning as the driving force behind its products and services. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in building and improving scalable ML systems that directly impact business results. What you are going to do
- Designing, developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Working together with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate ML solutions into existing systems
- Optimising model performance, scalability and reliability
- Conducting experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve models
- Contributing to the ML infrastructure and tooling within the organisation
What you bring with you
- Demonstrable experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and experience deploying models to production
- An analytical mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex problems
